The purpose of the Department of Homeland Security Leadership Academy Alliance shall be:

To uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution and laws of the United States pertaining to homeland security.

To safeguard our nation and its citizens from all threats, both foreign and domestic, by remaining vigilant and prepared to take appropriate action against any individual or group that seeks to undermine the security of our homeland or violate the laws governing the safety and well-being of our citizens.

To provide our members with opportunities for continuous education, training, research, and professional development in various aspects of homeland security, fostering improved cooperation, services, and adherence to high standards of professional conduct.

To serve as a beacon of leadership in the field of homeland security education, training, research, and collaboration, embodying the excellence instilled in each graduate of the Department of Homeland Security Leadership Academy.

To promote and exemplify excellence in the field of homeland security not only within our organization but also on a global scale, contributing to the advancement of effective security practices and standards worldwide.

To advocate for and support the missions of the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) and the Department of Homeland Security Leadership Academy.
